The
Help A Child Smile dental program has partnered with Quitman County
Schools to offer full service in-school dental care starting next school
year. This service is for children without a dentist. There is not cost
for children insured with Medicaid/ Peachcare. Please visit the school

New Immunization Requirements for students entering 7th Grade
Before starting the school year, all students born on or after January 1, 2002 and entering or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of a whooping cough (Tdap) booster shot and a meningococcal (MC/4) shot. Ask your pediatrician or local health department for more information about these and other immunizations.
